Congratulations to Matt and Allie for presenting and writing up their Honor’s thesis and moving onto medical school! This fall, we will have Layton and Abby working on their theses and welcoming Honor’s student Austin Voves to our lab!

Allie and Abby have finished their SURP (Summer Undergraduate Research Project) and have done a great job! Here they are presenting their work at the SURP poster session. Great job ladies!
Summer
Congratulations to Matt for receiving a Floyd Award! The lab is busy as can be this summer with Abby and Allie working hard on their SURP projects and Austin working on finishing his MSc thesis.
Spring
This spring semester has flown by! There was a lot of work done in the lab including: a paper that was submitted by Austin and acceptance of two new graduate students into the lab. The Kang Lab welcomes Layton who will be starting his MSc this upcoming Fall. We look forward to having him in the lab!
